We welcome you to walk along with one of our qualified home inspectors as we walk through the home, ask any questions you may have, and make sure you have a comprehensive overview of the home’s condition. In addition, we also help educate you about the basics of home maintenance and repairs.

I am a Certified Professional Inspector that has been trained under InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice guidelines and Code of Ethics. In addition to formal training as a home inspector, I have been a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan for 26 years. I was also the General Contractor for two homes I built for my own residence. In addition, my wife and I have been flipping homes for over 5 years.
